Personalized questionnaire: You will receive a personalized questionnaire to fill out to help me better understand your business, your systems, and your processes. So that we can really dive into how Dubsado can show up for you and how I can help you optimize the system for your needs!

A 90-Minute 1:1 Deep Dive Call: During this call, we will dive deep into your business and explore the answers to the questions you shared with me via your personalized questionnaires in order to guide the overall project and give me specific insights so I am able to strategize on how I can build the best Dubsado workflow for you!

Your own personalized plan: We will create a personalized workflow and plan for you and your business. We will then deliver that plan to you so that you can look it over, ask questions, make updates, etc. Once we get approval from you the magic starts to happen! 

A 30-minute 1:1 Review Call: A call to review and make sure we are on the right path before we begin implementation.

Final 60 Min 1:1 Educational/Training Call: You will get a recording of our final call for future reference – your very own Dubsado cheat sheet!

Notion Hub Access: We will set you up with account access to Notion so that we can communicate with ease and have one central command center for us to work together. You will have access to this hub for 30 days after the set-up completion so that you feel secure knowing I can help with any follow-up you may need!

Our timeline together will look like this: 

Week 1: We dive deep with custom questionnaires to understand your business, workflow, and overall goals.
Week 2 & 3: We hop on an in-depth 1:1 call to dissect your answers and craft a personalized plan just for you with follow-up.
Week 4 & 5: Create the plan! We map out your custom client journey, complete with automation, forms, workflows, and more.
Week 6 & 7: Plan implementation. From automation to email templates to client forms, we cover it all and build it out for you.
Week 8: Witness the power unleashed! We dive deep into everything we've created, ensuring you're confident and equipped to rock your new system.
Contract period - 8-10 weeks (time varies depending on project scope, holidays, etc.)
