We talk about wins a lot — especially in business. The milestones. The numbers. The things that are easy to point to and celebrate.
But lately, I’ve been thinking about a different kind of win.
The quieter ones.
The ones that don’t always come with a clear announcement.
The ones you sometimes don’t recognize until you slow down and look back.
Right now, I’m feeling incredibly grateful.
In recent weeks, I wrapped up two client projects, signed three new clients, welcomed a new inquiry, and continued working alongside clients who’ve been with me through different seasons of my business. I’m deeply thankful for the trust people place in me — especially the kind that shows up through referrals and quiet recommendations. That kind of support never goes unnoticed.
And still, what stands out most to me isn’t just what’s happening now — it’s how different this season feels compared to where I was last year.
There was a time when it felt like nothing was moving forward.
No momentum. No obvious growth. Just stillness.
At the time, that quiet felt unsettling. I wondered if I was falling behind or missing something I should be doing.
But with distance, I can see it clearly: I wasn’t stalled — I was cultivating.
I was refining my systems.
Clarifying the kind of work I want to take on.
Letting go of approaches that no longer fit.
Relearning how I want my business to support my real life.
Those seasons don’t always look productive from the outside — but they matter deeply.
That’s the reminder I want to hold onto — and share here:
Some months the wins are business milestones.
Some months they’re personal shifts.
Some months the biggest win is giving something time to take root.
All of it counts.
If you’re in a season that feels quiet, slow, or uncertain, I hope this is your permission to pause before labeling it as “nothing.” Growth doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like patience, trust, and tending to what will bloom later.
Wherever you are right now — big wins, small wins, or somewhere in between — it’s worth noticing.
What season are you in right now — one of visible momentum, quiet cultivating, or something in between?
If this post resonated, I’d love to hear from you. You can reply in the comments or reach out — sometimes naming the season we’re in is the biggest win of all.
You’ve done it again, Jenna… read my mind and made me feel seen. This is so relatable, and I love the way you discussed it. Can’t wait to work with you in a few weeks!
